I had no clue What to anticipate-I guess I believed I might be purchasing something akin to uncut bacon. Improper! SO much tastier, a stunning blend of the best pork taste with the flexibility of bacon. I combined a 5 spice blend and roasted it-tasted much like my preferred pork in pork fried rice.
